This industrial fire sprinkler head is made of premium full brass and stainless steel raw material, available in three mainstream installation styles: pendant, upright and sidewall. Equipped with red thermal glass bulb and K80 standard flow coefficient, it supports multiple temperature grade options to match different ambient fire risk environments. The fire sprinkler adopts standard NPT inch thread connection, passes strict 3.2MPa full sealing pressure inspection one by one, and provides fast response & standard response activation modes. Multiple surface finishes including chrome plating, raw copper and polyester coating are optional for indoor, commercial, warehouse, factory and building fire suppression systems. Reliable pressure resistance, stable water spraying performance and long service life make it a core component of automatic fire sprinkler systems globally.
This automatic fire sprinkler head is manufactured with precision casting full brass and stainless steel as base material, with high mechanical strength and excellent oxidation resistance compared to cheap alloy sprinklers. The internal water channel is precision polished to reduce flow resistance and guarantee stable K80 flow output consistently.
The temperature sensing core adopts red thermal expansion glass bulb, fixed tightly by 5 compression screws to eliminate loosening risks caused by pipeline vibration or pressure fluctuation. Once ambient temperature rises to the rated threshold, the glass bulb bursts instantly to open the sealing valve and release pressurized water for fire suppression. We supply five common temperature ratings to adapt from ordinary room temperature spaces to high-temperature production workshops.
Thread interface strictly follows NPT imperial standard in 1/2" and 3/4" sizes, widely compatible with global fire pipe fittings, elbows and tees. Three installation configurations: pendant sprays downward for flat ceiling spaces, upright sprays upward for exposed overhead pipes, sidewall horizontal spray for wall edge and beam side installation.
Three surface finish treatments are optional: chrome plating delivers smooth bright appearance and extra rust protection; natural copper maintains fast heat transfer for rapid bulb activation; polyester coated finish provides strong acid, alkali and moisture resistance for chemical factories, underground parking and coastal humid salt air environments.
Each finished sprinkler is individually pressure tested at 3.2MPa sealing pressure, unqualified products eliminated completely. Two activation speeds (fast response / standard response) allow engineers to design fire systems per local building code and fire hazard classification, ideal for large-scale fire engineering bidding and wholesale supply.
